Welcome to my take on American culture. I am a former journalist/cartoonist and lobbyist from New Jersey presently living in North Carolina. For the past 28 years I have been an educator teaching subjects from History, American Government, Economics, and various math and science courses. I am semi-retired, and I would like to get back into political commentary.
I have a degree in Political Science from Drew University and tend to be conservative, but all politicians are fair game when it comes to satire. I disdain both patent crudeness and political correctness gone wild.
